We're looking for an experienced functional analyst who can translate complex payroll and HR processes into clear functional analyses and help build innovative software that fundamentally reinvents payroll in Europe.
You'll be working on Buddy, our payroll solution for SD Worx: a brand-new continuous payroll engine, the first of its kind. Multi-country, fully configurable, and built to drive complex, rule-based processes at scale. Not your classic payroll software, but a fundamentally new way of organizing payroll.
You'll take on a key role in further developing our solutions for the Belgian market. You translate complex payroll logic and Belgian legislation into clear functional specifications that developers can actually work with.
You capture business needs in a clear functional scope. You analyze new features and changes, for example when legislation evolves. You work across a broad payroll and HR domain: from payroll calculations, time registration and personal, contract and employer data, to benefits & assets, core HR, accounting, declarations, reporting and integrations with external systems.
You maintain calculation models and test scenarios, ensure clear documentation, and support the first customers during the pilot phase. You also play an important role in the roadmap: you bring structure, help sharpen priorities, and guide stakeholders through the choices being made. To do this, you work closely with developers, other analysts and customers, within an ambitious team without classic hierarchy.
You will join a team of skilled professionals with an average of 12 years of experience. Some are experts in front-end architecture, others in domain design or infrastructure. What connects them? Curiosity, craftsmanship, and a drive to make things better.
