Full stack developer

We are looking for a full-stack developer with at least 3 years of experience who is comfortable working with the Microsoft .NET stack and modern web technologies.

The job?

You will be part of a self-managing team that builds complex software for major names in the employment sector. You will work on applications that make a real impact.

Take Buddy, our payroll solution for SD Worx, rolled out across multiple countries. Or VIREN, our own calculation platform that supports hundreds of thousands of decisions every month in regulation-driven industries. Or Youbo, our unique bonus and merit software tool. These are not standalone apps or websites, but extensive, scalable, future-oriented software that can only be built as a team.

As a full-stack developer, you are involved from analysis to delivery. You work together with UX designers, other developers, analysts, and directly with the client. No project managers, no silos, no hierarchy.

Who are you?

Hard skills

  • You have experience with the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, Entity Framework, Web API).
  • You're at home in TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, SCSS.
  • Azure is familiar territory for you.
  • You model domains and databases clearly and logically.
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.

Know-how

  • You've helped bring software all the way to production and know how to maintain it sustainably.
  • You understand that software is only truly powerful when it's understandable, configurable, and sustainable.
  • You know that technology isn't a goal in itself, but a means to make organizations more agile, efficient, and human.

Soft skills

  • You think along, take initiative, and don't wait for someone else to set the direction.
  • You are a team player, but at the same time you work very independently.
  • You solve problems and take responsibility.
