Full stack developer in the making

We have two vacancies available for beginners who want to grow in a Full Stack Developer trajectory.

You? You've just graduated from school, you're proactive, and you want to deepen your knowledge. You want to build complex applications, practical solutions, and the best products possible. You're looking for colleagues who support you, a team where you feel at home, and where you can be fully yourself. You may have already experienced a corporate environment and know that it's not for you. We are the alternative you didn't know existed 😉.

Who do you want to be?

We're looking for an all-round Full Stack Developer with knowledge of the Microsoft .NET stack and the most commonly used web technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and SCSS. We'll teach you how to install your favorite packages with NPM and NuGet, and you'll never get lost in Azure and Git again. Soon, you'll be modeling domain and database models like a pro with your analytical mind.

Although we focus on self-management, we don't expect you to do everything on your own! Your team is there for you, and together with your colleagues, you always strive for the best possible solution. A working application is not enough for us. You get your energy from building beautiful and above all user-friendly applications. You are responsible enough to be let go and are not afraid to leave your mark. We actively think along with our customers, so you will be building both the solution and the bigger picture.

What does your start look like?

You will join a team of experienced people to work together on a concrete project. You will be surrounded by colleagues who know what it means to develop software, bring it into production, support customers, and help it grow. They will guide you in your trajectory so you can rely on solid support during the first steps of your career. You will have enough time to learn and grow, make mistakes and correct them, and build a bond with your colleagues.

We believe in the power of managing our projects internally. So you will always work together with your team, in the office or at home, but we will not send you to the customer. We provide sufficient consultation moments with our customers to strive together towards the best possible solution through co-creation.

In our starter program, we provide a feedback moment every 6 months where you can assess your personal growth. During these moments, your salary will also be reviewed. We want to give starters the opportunity to grow quickly - both personally, in terms of competencies, and in terms of compensation.

You have a very thorough knowledge of Dutch and English.
