The challenge
Because SD Worx wants to assist customers at the European level, all systems and the customers' systems need to connect smoothly through APIs, across markets and regions. This is particularly complex.
Previously, systems were more closed. When certain SD Worx software was built, the internet was still in its infancy. Now the world has changed. Data are open.
It is necessary to modernize the legacy systems and integrate them with the latest software tools. The importance of integration today is just as great as the importance of the features and what the applications can do. Harmonizing this complexity is the specialty of Teal Partners.

The approach
To realize the open landscape, Teal Partners built an HR application framework. Applications are plugged into a central node, such as the recruitment system or the pension payout system. This facilitates smooth exchange. This is embedded in the cloud architecture of Teal Partners and the hybrid landscape. The open structure is central.
There were high-level discussions to determine the long term. SD Worx and Teal Partners regularly organized feedback sessions to quickly exchange feedback. The employees of SD Worx and the developers of Teal Partners formed a project team together. With a combination of business expertise and technological know-how, the companies achieved quick results.
Every two to three weeks, Teal Partners showed progress during sprint demos. Steering group meetings with the business and sales team took place every six weeks. The team was able to quickly identify and resolve stumbling blocks or potential delays.
By showing the software in intermediate stages and testing it against market reality, SD Worx could ensure that it aligned with the user's wish.
The result
Teal Partners managed to build an open landscape where the various software tools integrate and work harmoniously together. SD Worx first introduced these new software solutions to the Belgian market.
Teal Partners' technology helps SD Worx to scale. The next step is to conquer the SME market in Germany. With this software, SD Worx has the tools in place to take a leading position in the market.
