The economic magazine Trends is selecting the Trends Gazelles for the 24th time, recognizing the fastest-growing companies in Belgium. We are proud to announce that Teal Partners has been nominated for the second time.
Each year, the editorial team selects 250 companies per province based on solid growth figures. The assessment is conducted using objective criteria such as growth in added value, number of employees, and cash flow. A nomination reflects a company’s positive contribution to the business climate. According to the organization, the Gazelles serve as inspiring role models for other companies.
“It has never been our ambition to grow quickly or become large just for the sake of numbers,” says founder Koen Denies. “But numbers do reflect reality, and we are proud to be recognized once again as a company that makes a difference. With the launch of our payroll software in collaboration with SD Worx, 2025 is already shaping up to be a milestone year for us, making this recognition even more special.”
Trends compiles an objective ranking, categorizing small, medium, and large companies in each province based on financial data from the past five fiscal years. Teal Partners has been nominated in the medium-sized companies category in the province of Antwerp. This marks the second time Teal Partners has appeared in this ranking of the fastest-growing companies; we were previously nominated in 2022, ranking 36th.
“We are proud of our renewed nomination,” says founder Jelle Huygen. “It is proof of our consistent, strong growth and financial health. In just five years, our revenue has nearly tripled, while our number of employees has more than doubled. Being recognized based on hard figures is a great appreciation for the entire team, which dedicates itself every day. It motivates us to continue on this path.”
The festive award ceremony for the province of Antwerp will take place on March 19. During the final selection of the Trends Gazelles on June 7, the magazine will announce which company has earned the title of Belgium’s fastest-growing business.
