Elfi Van de Loock: “ISO27001 is an internationally recognized standard that demonstrates we handle information security in a structured and systematic way. We have established a well-thought-out Information Security Management System that we continuously maintain and improve.”
Elfi Van de Loock: “Our security policy is valuable for the companies we partner with. We are a small company with large clients. Big players have high expectations. With the certificate, we show that we meet the strictest security standards. It proves our maturity in terms of security.”

We maintain clear, structured procedures around onboarding and offboarding employees, rights management, selecting and evaluating suppliers and partners, complying with relevant legislation, and much more. Even in our core activity, software development, privacy and security are central.”

Elfi Van de Loock: “Security is everyone's responsibility. Maintaining the security policy requires great dedication from everyone, every day. The six-member privacy and security team, consisting of Jelle, Thomas, David, Jeroen, Michaël, and myself, sets the guidelines, handles daily follow-ups and implementations, and works intensively towards each audit.
“I focus on legal aspects and compliance, the rest of the team handles the technical side, and Jelle keeps the overview. Each project team also has its own security responsible: our Security Champions. They focus on the security aspects of each project we do for clients.”
“Our first certificate dates back four years. The current certificate is valid until 2027. We conduct an internal audit annually to stay sharp. During these audits, we rely on advice from security expert Toreon. Certification company Brand Compliance ultimately conducts the annual external audit.”
